child has been revealed by a US entertainment website today as 50-year-
old
housekeeper Mildred Baene.

Following a joint investigation by RadarOnline and Star magazine, the
entertainment site also quoted an unnamed source as saying the child
was a
son.
Time will tell.


"She's the one," a source told RadarOnline.com.


A second source confirmed: "They have a son together."


It comes as Maria Shriver asked for compassion and privacy after her
estranged husband revealed he had fathered a child with a member of
his
household staff ten years ago.

To me it's a part of history that we shouldn't shove under the rug to be a politically correct nation. It was part of the south and southern pride and still is. To many, it stands for states that fought against an overreaching federal government. They believed in the sovereignty of the states. I only know this because I recently read an article about people that backed the confederacy DESPITE being anti-slavery. I am not stating my personal beliefs, and I have no dog in this flag fight.

The confederate flag represents the south not slavery. Not everyone in the south is racist. I grew up in the woods in mississippi and I'm not racist nor are any of my friends from there. Most of the race issues come from northern ms. The confederate flag is part of our state flag. I actually have one hanging on a wall in my apt.



Visit the gulf coast for mardi gras and you'll even see blacks walking around with the confederate flag.

Most school books (high school / middle ...etc) seem to make it about slavery...but the civil war has VERY LITTLE to do with slavery. Most high level Economy classes will tell you more about the war than those books.

The flag represents a group of people standing up against an over reaching government. I wish the people of the time were good enough to put their lives on the line to end slavery...but that is just not how it was. The northerner's may have been slightly more tolerant but they did not care enough to die for it.

Think of it like this...what if your state was producing / sustaining / profiting and the rest of the US just consumes. What if the government steps in and starts controlling parts of your businesses and starts to tax heavy to make up for the rest of the the US without giving any noticable services...how long would your state allow it?
