Can you give me more details about the situation? What kind of errors do you get? The type of file i.e. the file extension .jpg, .gff? It might be a problem with the type of file or it may be too large.

GO to the disk where the pic is that u want. Either right click and send it to your own email or use menu options on the top left to send it via email.
Open email next and u can either view or download the file.
download the file, save as option is next and name it something u recognize, just under that will be known file extensions, select all files then click save.
save to a location u can find. If u need help resizing and attaching it to the forum let me know.
