Transformation contestants wheare are they now

Just wanted to see how all are doing

I got down to 195 two weeks after the end of the contest which was a loss of 60 pounds and looked better that I did in 30 years. However I have now gain 17 pounds back and weigh in the morning at 212. Reason are many first of Rotator cuff surgery has kept me out of the gym have not even been able to do any cardio. After surgery I did not fell like cooking and eating out is cheep in Vegas so diet slowly went to hell. But the biggest problem is lack of motivation. I have alwasy been able to set a goal and reach it problem is what to do after I get there. Also the challenge gave me a since of competion which I thrive on. Have a hard time with only my self to beat.

enough is enough I am heading back to they gym today got the ok to do lower body work outs and some cardio bike etc no running stair steper etc .

Hope the rest of you are doing better.

I love KFC, you guys are making me hungry.....
You know being in vegas you can get out and walk there. There is plenty to see. Every time I have I tend to get a lot of exercise. I dont use taxi much, I love walking around and seeing what there is to see. Lots of little shops to see and explore and even lots of places on the back side of the strip.

We can all have excuses but instead of looking for reasons not to do things just change how you are doing it. You don't need a gym to get exercise most of the time.

    this thing we do?

...it's really a journey over a life time. Some stumble and fall off the path. It's human. But what seperates winners from the losers is that the winners will admit they stumbled, get right back up, and keep marching.

....although I've been working out since I was 13, don't think for a moment there haven't been some big gaps in there!
