    Anyone know of any...??

Anyone know of any courses I can do either online/tafe/college that will give me a really in depth understanding of how the body works in relation to everything we do in the gym. I have a good basic Knoweledge on everything but I want to look into the science of it. The course would have to be part time and after work hours?

Also I will be starting a nutritionist course along side this to get a better understanding of different foods on different body types.

Not doing any of this to get a job in any related fields just want to boarden my on Knoweledge...

Look up your local community college and go pick up a course book that shows all of the different degrees they offer and the classes that are required for each of those degrees. Then simply look under the exercise science degree and pick the course that you wanna take.

The books are free and most colleges offer evening and online courses for almost all subjects.

What exactly are you looking for? IMO school sucks at teaching you most things bbing related. You have to get through 90% of shit that isn't relative and 5% of what's left is outdated.

Just looking at the science of building muscle exercise and nutrition wise. Originally was looking doing a PT course but from reading and speaking to people they've said it's not a lot on nutrition and bits and prices about training clients and owning your own business. Not really what I'm interested in...
