long story short...
So I was getting ready to officially start cycling right before this summer. Although, I've been delaying it for several years, also why several AAS previously bought expired which shows how dedicated I am.
Throughout the years, i always experience abdominal pain. However, recently it was extremely severe so i went to the doctors and got an
endoscopy done ($240 ouch), which is an instrument used to see the interior of the body, and the results came in worst than expected.
I ended up with acids in the stomach +
hiatus hernia, a hole in the upper part of the stomach into the thorax, which is why I'm constantly bloated and the cause of the abdominal pain + a few other minor symptoms. The doctor said i have to keep taking
lansoprazole (30mg) for 4-8weeks and that i can also do a surgery but there's a high chance(>40%) that it wont work first time, and this usually occurs to older overweight adults (current age 26).
Major Disadvantages: I
cant gain weight properly and abdominal pain.
*
Is/has anyone suffered from hiatus hernia?
*
Would starting a cycle in 1-2months affect me eventhough i would still have hiatus hernia?
*
Would you guys still recommend to workout regularly, change up to a lighter routine(lighter weights, shorter sets, shorter reps, no abs workout) or just not workout at all?
Pretty much.. my motivation is gone downhill.
