    Personal trainers in CT?

Anyone know of a good personal trainer in Connecticut? I need to find someone who knows a lot about squats and deads....both are killing my lower back. Was hoping to do a few sessions and get back on track. I've had quite a few knowledgeable gym rats look at my form and everyone has said it's fine. I think I'm missing things that are not overly obvious to the eye.

I have felt issues with my lower back for probably a year now...small pain but constant. It has been crippling for the last 2 months or so. I'll do a workout, extreme pain next day, have to skip squats for at least a week, start to feel pretty good, try squats again...and repeat.

I have not been doing deadlifts for a very long time so I think I always squatted w/ something a little wrong and then deadlifting a little wrong on top of that caused it to get crazy.
