do it! i have never personally done them but a friend did and he dropped weight and got really strong. he went from sitting on the couch (he was not obese) to trimming up quickly. sounds like you needed something to keep you focused, well, there it is! do the the insanity program and i bet you will shred up with the right food program. glad that your spirits are higher!

Insanity is definitely legit, hell when I first started doing it the 9 minute warmup would kick my ass. Very good workout.

OK.....to day was my third say and it's still hard to keep up but my body is not as sore as the first day of working out. I feel good while working out, even tho I can't keep up with the instructor.

It kinda feels like off season during football back in high-school.
Now I know how the fatties felt during football off season. it sucks.....!!!!!!

I started this on the 20th of july. took a break on 24th and Im back at it again today. I can see I'm improving by actually not taking too many breaks. any diet pills that would help? I'm thinking Lipodrene/ephedra. Any suggestions

just get a good diet together. i have lost about 15 pounds since the beginning of the year with diet and hard work. no diet pill will do what a good food program can.

They are all legit as long as you do it. It's just another fad workout and work for a very few people who can keep it up. Most people stop after a couple of sessions due to the insanity of it all. Pun intended.
It's funny how people all jump on the band waggon for these things. HCG diet, PX90, etc. How about just controlling what you put in your mouth, how often and getting out and moving more. I dropped 50 lbs in less than 6 months by stop drinking soda, stop eating microwave dinners all the time, stop eating out as much especially at fast food restaurants and eating 6x a day or more Oh, and drinking water. No crazy exercise, no crazy diet. I actually ate more and exercised a little. Only like 2x a week and very moderately at that.

The problem with all those it most people burn out and give up and most people dont want to do the easy, simple right things because it's not what's current or cool. LOL Keep it simple and stick to it and you will get the same results IMHO.

ok...no results yet except that I can actually do the whole work out with only taking the breaks that they take too. I can do the pushup too....feel better about my self. specially after I'm done with it.

No results yet? OMG and it's been 10 or 11 days? OK give it up, go find another one. What results do you expect in a week? The PX90 90 day results are 90% bs if not 99%

It take time, not a week, not 2 weeks, not even a month. How long did it take to get fat? How long did it take to get out of shape? Expect it to take close to the same time to get in shape if you turn EVERYTHING around 100%, have a great diet and routine. Learn some patience. Give it 4-6 months and then see what the results are but dont expect to look like you are ready for any type of competition in that time, it's only the beginning.

Now be smart and instead of workout fads make a life style change meaning you will workout this way for the next xxx years, until you die. Change your diet and learn to eat healthy for the rest of your life. No more quick fix. You took the time to get out of shape, now take the time to get back in shape.

^ agree. the best thing for me is routine and time. with those two things, amazing things can happen.
