How many have actually used the liquid form of predigested protein? the claim is that there is a 100% utilization rate, which the powdered cannot claim. But is this actually worth the additional cost?
I'm thinking about ordering a bunch and bringing it back with me from vacation, but was wondering if anyone has tried it and their thoughts?

Are we talking about those tubes of liquid collagen protein (protein shots)? Because that stuff has a poor amino acid profile and lacks the bio-active fractions of whey. I've never read anything good about it.

well, it's been over 30 years since I was taking it. It's semi thick, nasty sour/bitter flavor. But it is 100% utilized.
I'm thinking it is absorbed quicker than whey, no waste (100% utilization), and it may help with the protein farts?
