I notice actors getting buff with the quickness, Is this just camera effects or are they on the juice?

Some of it is CG. It's pretty easy now days. Look at Captain America. They made him small via CG for the first part.
Most actors also have personal trainers 24/7, someone to cook their meals 24/7 when they are bulking up so it's a lot easier if your job is to get up, eat what is prepared for you by a nutritionist, work out and study your script and dont have to worry about all the day to day stuff like a real job or life like most of us.
Some are for sure. But some of these guys are paying someone to build all of their meals and plan their workouts. Allot of money and free time helps.
I am guessing with each new superhero movie we will continue to get these threads.
The movie companies pay these guys to get into the best shape of thier lives, and most never keep it after the role is over with.
the dude from 300? before each scene, he'd hit the weights and pump up, so he wasn't really even that buff, he was just pumped in every scene, which deflates pretty fast like a dude with ED in search of some Viagra....
Ban these threads![]()
lol half of the actors arent big even when you think they look big. They know they are going to start filming. It doesnt take much with a good diet and trainer to get into their shape when thats all you have to do
what about some of the hip hop stars ? 50cent to be exact - he was RIPPED !, that was not natural - no way in hell.
If we are willing to take steroids for free then these guys are going to be willing to take them for millions of dollars lol thinks about it! there no diffrent then us they just get paid alot more and if a director says "the part is yours as long as you put on 25lbs of muscle and stay lean" and your about to make 20 million for the film you wouldnt think twice about it!
Its not the amount of muscle these guys have its the amount of time it takes them to put it on that is a dead give away! they are puting on slabs of LEAN muscle in a matter of 6 months to a year....not possible! I have put on 20lbs natural in a year but it deff was not at 8% bf lol these guys do it in 6 months while keeping bodyfat bellow 10%....its obvous they arnt natural to anyone who knows how the human body works.
perfect example=Edward Norton in American History X. He was on a cycle. Just look at him.
i went to the wax museum in hollywood 2 years ago and their wax models are completley the same height, weight and body structure as the real actor, the one that was crazy was the one they had for hugh jackman in wolverine orgins and he wasnt even that big just cut, really makes you think how the camera can make someone huge and buff when they really are not.
Start a thread asking what cycle they are on....We havent seen that in a while....
Taylor Lautner is a big time user. He went from picture 1 to picture 2 in 3 weeks on a d-bol only cycle.

what cycle is he on? I want it
I want a new forum rule that bans any member asking what or if an actor cycled for a movie.
Juiced out of his fvcking mind no doubt about it.
I hear they go to 3rd world countries to get ripped.
Its not the amount of muscle its the time that it took them to put it on...yes most of these guys are nothing to wright home about but puting on 20-30lbs of pure muscle in 2-6 months doesnt happen naturaly I dont care who you are! Can you get were these guys are natural? yes...but it would take alot longer than 2 months I dont care how much you eat or workout!
You can look at Edward Norton in different parts of the movie and see twenty pounds difference. Look at the back cover of the movie. He is about 140 lb and about 170 lb at his thickest.
Nope ryan reynolds said he put on 20lbs of muscle and lost 5% bf in just over two months...that is not possible without an aid!
Brad pitt started training 7 months before the film troy and at age 40 was able to put on 25-30lbs....
thats just two guys I know of and there not the even near the largest.
yeah hard to put on 25 pounds in 7 months when you weigh 230, but i'm sure Pitt was only weighing in at 150 or less. That could be done without aid.
While I hate these sort of threads, "some" transformations have been quite remarkable.
Firstly, Christian Bale from The Machinist to The Dark Knight in a year:
Tom Hardy put on quite a lot of weight for his role in Bronson in something like 2-3 months:
Whether gear is involved or not (9 times out of 10 i dont think it is), to get in pretty decent shape in a short amount of time is quite impressive.
Most big time actors have personal cooks. There are all kind of specialty cooking schools in LA for this. My buddy is the personal vegan cook to Alecia Silverstone and some of her friends.
I'm sure some do use things/ I just dont think its every actor that looks in shape for a movie.
Tyler Hoeschlin Of MTV's Teen Wolf Before and After.. Move over Taylor Lautnor, There's a new wolf in town.
