cant really say that, you dont know what the situation was, he could have been going berserk.

stuns and tasers only kill when theres and underlying problem, therefore police shouldnt use them. CS spray will knock an elephant out but is safer than shocking

Yes but chloroform is known to cause immediate cardiac arrest in a small percentage of people (like 4% I think) exposed to it which is why it went through its little experimental phase then stopped being manufactured.

Anyhow about the 450 people dying a year I'm not sure that bothers me at all. These 450 people who got tazed were all people who in one way or another posed a threat to police or acted in a way that endangered the people around them. So if they werent tazed, chances are someone else could have died or got hurt due to them being an idiot.

And considering how many people actually get tazed a year thats nothing.
