    Yo guys, been out for a while. Been farting around here and there...been traveling my ass off to Asia every 5 weeks for the real estate firm I work with now. I hope everyone here is doing great and staying out of trouble!

    I'm sick of packing on the (bad) lbs with my traveling so it's time to jump on the AR bandwagon!!

    And BTW, wtf is up with this discount supplements banner! really grinding my gears.

    Welcome back...That is a pretty cool gig when your work requires travel to different countries..little jealous though...
    If or when I travel to other countries I will definitely pack on the pounds..love trying new foods from different cultures.
    The only place I have been outside of US is Mexico to the Wifes families. in Guadalajara. Frikkin gained like 25lbs in 28 days two years ago.I am more reserved than that now when I go. But it was my b-day when I was there then and it was beer drinking and feasting the whole time I was there.

    Umm past 6 months i have been to Hong Kong, Singapore (3x), Beijing (2x), Shanghai (2x), I am currently in Wenzhou, and next month I am back to Shanghai

    Yeah man, long hours in meetings, non sufficient/motivating hotel gyms, and room service makes it difficult to really keep the head in the game especially with the jet lag!


    Seriously, what is up with the AD that follows me everywhere!!!
