    How embarrassing

    Had my first PT lesson in AGES with this new female trainer at my gym mainly because she's pretty good looking and I thought it would be a good way to start talking to her and eventually ask her to dinner, lol...

    We trained legs. Now I like to think of myself as pretty good when it comes to legs but iv trained with myself to long and obviously haven't pushed myself hard enough. Silly me joking around said I bet u can't make me throw up! Regret that! She absolutely destroyed my legs after only 4 exercises infront of a packed gym and a few mates. Struggled to do my post workout cardio. Lol

    Just shows it's good to have a PT lesson once in while with someone that's really going to push you...

    Just having a girl hang around the squat rack makes me push harder. Fvck we're stupid.

    yea even better when there hot chick around and your done with your exercise but do more sets because the hot chick is still there

    Lol I usually train heavy between the 8-12 rep range... After a warm up she just put me on the leg press and said just give me 20 reps, reasonably heavy. After three sets of that I was fvcked! She's like 'you ok', I'm sweating red faced and like 'yeah I'm all good, what's next' lol

    One of the best workout partners i ever had was a competative female BB'er named Sandy. Leg day regularly resulting in throwing up. Her intensity while working out was amazing and thus increased mine to a level i formerly never reached.

    Nah I didn't ask her out yet. Just started talking to her but I will soon enough. Just got to work out the right way to go about it first cause I don't want to make it awkward in the gym. But she's hasn't got any other clients cause she just started so I told her she can be my wheels coach and train with her once a week. So will see what happens.

    On a side note my legs are still wrecked and it's been 3 days, lol...

    Good to hear. See, that is what changing up is all about. You get use to one type of routine and you think you are making doing good. Change it up ever couple of months. Supper sets, add more reps etc.

    Dont wait to long or it will get more awkward asking her out. Soon she may consider you a friend then you are doomed. lol

    Yeh to be honest I was happy with my routine, always getting better, hurting the next day etc etc. But never like this, it is always good to Change it up!

    Nah I won't leave it too much longer, defiantly am not entering the dreaded friends zone, lol

    I agree 100 percent. Once she starts the your a really great friend routine your out of it for anything else.....

    i did that whilst deadlifting with a very attractive client, the bastid lasted about 3secs and nearly tore the ring outa me

    lmfao.. ive done that with leg press a few times but only with a good looking girl on the treadmill next too me.. thank god for ear phones.

    I try to get my trainer to make me throw up, 3 sessions but no spew! Iv thrown up twice about 15 mins after but never during...

    I'm weighing up my options. I'm really concentrated on my training/dieting ATM and even though partially injured I'm making good progess. My passion and main priority is to eventually compete. I wake up early go to the gym, eat my meals on time and work during the day, go to the gym after work, eat my pm meal on time then go to sleep. On the weekends I run some errands and work security at night. Sunday is my only free day where I relax and prepare for the week.

    Soooo if I ask this girl out i think it would take away a lot of time and my training would suffer. She's not the sort to be a one night stand, gf material. Plus there's no shortage of one nighters working in my industry. Gotta look at the big picture and the big pictures says "now is not the time"...

    ive trained for a long time at a competitive level and i would not let training disrupt my life on issues like that mate

    I haven't competed yet and really want to give my first show a really good go... So I guess I want to put everything into that I can. After that then will see! Where all different...
