    Fresh meat!

Alright I'm super stoked, finally got a Saturday off work and a chance to visit the local farmers market that sets up every week. This allowed me the opportunity to pick up 5lbs of fresh grass fed lamb steaks to work into my diet, and break up the usual chicken and beef that I have.
    Just thought I'd share.

It took me 3 bullets from a AR15 to get mine. LOL

If you are in Cambodia there is a good chance at one point or another you will eat dog meat. Rat is pretty popular there also, it taste like chicken.

Can't be that bad. I have shoulder steaks and the macro breakdown for a 3 oz serving is 190 cal, 10g protein, and 7.5g fat. It may not be optimal but thought it might be good to work in every couple weeks for a little variety.

Bison is as close as I can get around here, but it runs about 9 bucks a pound for ground. So it's reserved for special treats.

I would love to find a farmer in the area who sold meat. We have those family owned stands but thier prices are no better then the super market. We hd a couple butcher shops in the area but the huge grocery chains put them out of business.
