I'm on trial because Dec suspects me of being either another member, or an ex member (if I read correctly).
DSM is supposed to be the judge, I need to look at the other thread to remember the executioner. Something about vasaline and terrible things.

I have ran into at least 3 newbies the last 2 days I think is also the ex member in question. Anything is possible at this point and your agreement to trial such as this is questionable at best since the other ex member is a drama queen and likes the attention also.

No, it's started, lets see where it goes and yes hopefully it will be all in good fun and you will establish yourself and not be marked an outcast.

One job for admins is to check to see if the IP is spoofed, constantly changing or if it is in check to where you say you are. Im sure Dec11 has his reasons for thinking you are not you but it may be due to recent circumstances. Even if you turn out to be who you are accused of it's all good unless it gets out of hand again and the forum turns into a place of personal attacks.

Hopefully it doesnt become a witch hunt and we all start seeing reflections of him every time someone makes a wise crack or says something off the wall.

Yeah thing is, I found out this cocktail that helps me get amazing REM sleep and now after I take it I don't have to sleep for 20+hours after. So I guess it's just you and me... and Bo (unless he's asleep).

PLEASE share the cocktail information. I work nights so sleep during the day is a PITA and I try to switch back on my days off but most of the time I end up staying awake 24-36 hrs at a time on my days off. Not healthy as often as I do it and I dont like taking ambien all the time; usually only on my work days.

I take 4 ambien and they do NOTHING. At best I hallucinate a little, but usually nothing happens at all. My cocktail is nothing unusual but for some reason I sleep amazingly.
My cocktail:
1.5-2g GABA
25mgs of benadryl
^above is taken on an empty stomach 1 hour before bed
Eat a big meal consisting of red meat protein, complex carbs, 3 fish oil caps, green veggies, multi, 2,000mgs vitamin-c
Right before bed take 200-600mgs ibuprofen (600 if injured and need tendon repair like tendonitis)
I think that's it.

Thanks for sharing, Ill give it a try. Ambien is great for hallucinations. To many stories to tell right now. Maybe I start a thread on it sometime. LOL

As often as you like. The benadryl/GABA doesn't really help me get to sleep that much so sometimes it still doesn't work to get me to sleep. Once I get to sleep I get great sleep though, never wake up like I usually do.

Well if that's true then keep your patients and take it in stride or as good fun. Most of us cant do an IP check from where we are at. Sorry but your sense of humor and some responses are right on with Bo, our ex member who keeps coming back in multiple personalities only to cause conflict.
