Going to watch all these when I have more time.
Like Branch, but his form is f*cking awful on some of his exercises.
Those deadlifts are... Outrageous.
No idea how someone with such bad form can be that big... May be it doesnt matter as much as we think?

No wonder he's always injured

Yep the form is definitely 'loose' but as long as he is taking the target muscle group to failure I don't think it actually matters too much....
What does matter is that if we trained like that we would end up with an injury.
Well actually all of his injurys have been out of the gym (I think)

Yeah stepping out of a car causing torn tendon, and tearing tricep from a stair fall. Would those types of injuries happen to a normal healthy person his age? Prob not, they'd prob get strains. HGH is prob the reason he doesnt tear more tendons.

Have it on DVD
His military presses are sick
& I want that squat bar with the 3 edge welded square on it, that would be hella handy to have for squatting to failure with your hands on the rack in front of you
I would imagine been as huge as branch is your mobility would be seriously reduced
A simple turn in the wrong direction when your body isn't warmed up could do serous damage when your that size
You guys know how it is when you get big you tend to be a bit rough and more aggressive with everything you do
Branch probably got his leg stuck in the seat belt of his truck or something and nearly pulled the seat across the car lot

I seriously doubt he fell down a flight of stairs and tore a tricep one year and "slipped" on the pavement on a 100 degree day in Atlanta and jacked up his quad. I like Branch as much as the next guy but if you train like that its not IF you will get injured it's WHEN. His reputation and admirers are in large part due to his hardcore/brutal style of training. It wouldnt be good for him if it ever got out his injuries were being caused this super heavy/super loose form.

LOL I love in Video number 2 at the end he's like "YAAA MOTHER****A!" And in the mirror you can see like a little 4 year old and his mom chillen watching.
Man that kid will grow up fast!

He trains that many sets? Really?
His form isnt loose, its crap. He rarely controls the eccentric part of the lift... Ever.
His form is good on some stuff, like the rowing machine when he's actually in control of the weight, not throwing it around using as much momentum as he can.
I dont get it, Brian Dobson, who trained with Ronnie (who had much better form) doesnt step in and say anything to Branch.
He's torn his tricep, lat and f*cked his knee up, that has got to be something to do with his sloppy form.

I just downlaoded that dvd from piratebay. Pretty motivating and hardcore, despite his form.
