Thoughts
Just some thoughts if i can, i start work usually around 7pm than once i get home from my shift i don't hit the bed until late, which i'm up around 10 - 10:30am to get at least 6 - 7 hours sleep in to grow. I want to go to the gym earlier during the day, so i'm not concentrating on fueling up before i go, since the fuel is vital for the workout, u reckon i could go and and still train hard with 2 cups of oats, egg whites, eggs and maybe 425g baked beans, than get home diet like crazy before work, anyone object?

I work nights, 8pm - 8am. what I use to do is fuel up at the end of work (eating all day also) and go to the gym immediately after work. If you dont there is always something that will get in the way to delay or cause you not to go or be rushed.
Now I just go during my lunch break. I pretty much can go anytime I want/need so there is no pressure and the gym is a 3 minute walk from my office.
