    Got my Body Fat tested..

Just wondering what you think that error range is on a 7 fold, skin fold test. This was done on a Computer, with a scale and a electronic caliper that was connected to a computer. It rated me at 12.8% body fat..Which I thought was low. And the tester did it with my shirt on, since it is kinda a fancy gym.

I have never gotten my own tested, or seen the process, but it is odd that they would do it over the shirt. Either way, it seems like a complex way of doing it, with the wires attached to the computer, so I am assuming it is quite accurate. Maybe a max. of 2% difference? If even that. That is just a pure guess here.
