    What kind of bathroom scales do u recommend?

    I am looking into buying a new scale because my other price of junk broke. What kinds are good? Also what kinds are good that test bodyfat?

    as far as i know the scales that tell you bodyfat % are very inaccurate...i have one from sharper image and some days it will fluctuate more than 5% points...i honestly have no idea how the electric signals it sends through your body can be so misinterpreted. also, they aren't designed for bodybuilders so if you are a big boy (225 +) then it will be be even more error prone...i think they are a scam, just get a regular non-digital so you know that you weigh what it tells you.
