Helmet, limp bizkit, korn and a load of other bands today on a spotify mix.
Some metallica black album on the big Bowers and Wilkins all going through the Roksan amp sounds one of there only decently recorded albums
It's squat day, so I'll be throwing on some Crowbar and Swallow the Sun.
Doomy/sludgy stuff is fantastic for helping me find and stay in the groove.
Definitely gonna need it today anyway, as I've decided to implement barbell hack squats as an accessory for training car deadlift.
Crowbar is a good choice.
Monolord green leaf etc are good.
Seasick steve this morning and some thin lizzy
Motorheads cover album is brilliant and their cover of Metallicas whiplash is unreal

New Novelists album that just dropped this morning. Pretty amazing if you're into metalcore with a lot of progressive elements.

Lots of random rock this week..
Went a bit mad in the local cd shop. Bought a limited edition Clutch cd box set it was hilariously cheap for what I got 5 albums all signed by them and a dvd too.
I got double album of motorhead greatest hits and the queens of the stonage album. And if you have a great stereo get their cd. I listened to this album about 8 times on Spotify but the cd on a proper good stereo is just fcking epic.
And the last CD i bought was a good rap artist but not really for here ha.
Judas by Fozzy is still my current favorite...
Stone sours first album very good never listened to them before.
Saw Prophets of Rage the other night. Was a great show.

Tom Morello was amazing. Really cool to see Chuck D as well as the whole RATM group again. Saw them with Audioslave years ago but never got to see Rage with Zac. B Real was kick ass. Just a great time.
