    Flat sole gym shoes

Does anyone have these flat sole gym shoes for training legs? (flat sole high ankle lace up). I'm looking everywhere to find them but can't! I'm from aus so if anyone knows where I can get them or a website thy sells them I'd appriciate it.

    Thanks
    DP

A good pair of shoes do matter! i feel like i can spread the floor alooootttt better with a flat footed shoe, ill never squat or deadlift in anything else, i dont like the whole raised heel though, doesnt fit my style

Otomix are probablysome of the more popular high-top styled lifting shoes if you don't count chunck all-stars. I personally think the Stingray model looks really good but the rest are kinda fugly. A lot of the power lifters in my gym swear by skateboarding shoes like Vans and Airwalks... but you're looking for high tops. Ristos are a good pair of shoes and I love them for squats and bench, but they make me feel "off" when trying to pull from ground so i go barefoot for deads. Adidas Sambas are another popular shoe for lifting. You should check out WLShoes.com - There are a lot of different shoe models and reviews posted there, may give you a better idea of where to look?
