My wife owns a consulting (accounting, book keeping, payroll, etc.) firm that wants to expand into the medical industry. Anyone have a few minutes to answer a few business questions via PM? Or here if there is no need for privacy.

On a broad scale I wonder what services doctors use contractors for other than the typical accounting, billing, insurance claims, etc. I am trying to find out what training their employees will need, or what new people will need to be hired.

I know this forum seems a strange place to ask, but I got the impression there were a handful of doctors here...or at least some people that work in the industry.

Any help would be great.
