yeah i drink it.
its a no cal drink. yeah the preservatives isnt the best.
but better than drinking coke a cola

Hey mate t-gunz is right about the preservatives... Im the same as you I try not to have to much because it feels like cheating, lol.
Pepsi Max actually has less preservatives than coke zero, so that's what I drink!
I'm addicted to the stuff, its not good for you but it gets me through cutting phases
You guys drink a lot of pop???? WTF I know people that are FAT who only drink the diet stuff and coke zero and they don't eat that bad. I never drank a lot of pop but after seeing what it does to people I cut it out almost 100%. i will have one maybe 1x ever 2 or 3 weeks. You guys need to cut that stuff out, you will feel a lot better and cut a lot of calories whether they advertise it or not.
I don't always drink soft drinks........but when I do..................I prefer Coke Zero. HA!!! I got my hands on a Vanilla Coke Zero by accident once, that was almost enuf 2 put me off pop FOREVER.
Hell yes or it's something else in there they are not telling you that effects the fat cells. All I know is most everyone who stops drinking pop can testify they loose weight from that alone and feel better. It's like McDonald's food, even if you eat within the recommended calorie allowances and all in about a week or two you start to feel like sh*t. It's just not real food.
I use to HATE water but have adjusted and now stick to water, coffee for the caffeine and juices. You need a good juice (sometimes coke) for mixer.

I am drinking one right now! I avoided diet sodas for a few months, but started again a few weeks ago. The energy boost helps as I have been eating a 60/20/20 diet (low in carbs) diet of 1800 calories a day for months now. I do OK on low carbs, but the caffeine is a nice boost.

I got hooked on coke zero when i was dieting..... I drank so much that I stained my teeth and had to have a scale and polish at the dentists

^ yea, there are radical people out there that make wild claims about the hazards, but there are also a butt load of official studies done that say its def not a healthy option...all comes down the gov turning their heads the other way at stuff when big companies start throwing money at them. The part I get weirded out about is that its in EVERYTING now...rite down to our toothpast, and other counries are hyper awear of what its in/the amount must be listed on all lables IF they even allw it...so even if we think we are not consuming alot in soda...we forget that we are consuming a fair amount threw each and every day in soooo many other ways. No one has a deff answear on the exact amount that if consumed becomes lethel, and no has the average amount a person intakes unknowingly daily ~ that leaves a bad taste in my mouth that no soda could wash away lol
