    Is anyone else the same??

I'm not really sure why but...

Once a week after I train legs I'm just in a really bad mood... Even small things annoy me and make me angry. I'm guessing it because I'm physically drained soo much, but I train every muscle group hard and I only feel this way after legs. Anyone else get the same feeling?

legs - biggest muscle group & slowest to recover

I friggin hate leg day, and walking up the stairs back to the room.... wheels all wobbly and shakey, hate that feeling.

But it doesn't really affect my mood as you describe. but yeah, I don't want anyone messing with me after, either

@ Pepper - I was going to post something just like this tonight. I am 2 weeks into a cycle and training like demon. Today I prob. should have taken the day off but I did some HIIT training and my chest workout. Afterwords I just felt very very low. Almost on the verge of tears for no reason. ugh. One thing that works for me in a single can of mountain dew. Brings me back up.

a good old deadlift session will leave me as fukd off as a bull with sore nuts.

id be guessing low blood sugar would be the culprit

Yeah the mountain dew would bring u back up for sure, but would t work into my diet...

I think because it's so physically taxing on the body you just got no energy, puts you into a very touchy mood. After my post W/O meal I'm usually pretty happy again! Think what dec said is right!

You definitely do not want to ask me for money after a grueling Quad Ham workout. Although its probably never a good time to ask me for money.
