I'm curious too.
I noticed that I had to stick another needle in myself every morning......sub lingual is cheaper, easier and effective. I use a b complex, a little energy from the complex but the benefits are more than just what you "feel"
There are some many ways to take it, but if your looking for the most effective/direct oute with max results go to a Dr and get the shot.
Occasionally I have to see the DR for B12 shots...have not needed to for a long time but at 1 point I was a reg there.
Due to a surgery some years ago my body doesn’t absorb a lot of stuff from the food I intake, so I take a FIST full of vits/min etc. every morn...
B12 (for me anyway) was needed due to a form of sever anemia from B12 defiancey I had that brought on dizziness and fainting (Tiger freaked the 1st time I almost passed out in public).
I’m not too deficient rite now (take the B12 pills and have a mouth spray I use during the day), deficiency can show as depression and anemia and other ways Im not awear of but that’s how it shows in most, including me.
It hurts, like really hurts; he has to stick it deep in the muscle. I have seen the premeasured mail ordered stuff they say doesn’t hurt and have not gone that route even though it’s cheaper...I hesitate to wonder why the Dr Visit hurts but the mail order wouldn’t. Is it cuz its cr@p or not administered right?
A person can over dose and some meds don’t work well with B12 so a Dr keeping tabs on ya is a good idea.
Benefits include energy boost (that’s why some people take for weight loss), some studies show it helps Autism/ ADD/ MS/All timers and Dementia. Is good for the skin, increases metabolism some and can help with moods and thins the blood
A quick story and a slight hijack....
the B-12 shot reminds me of a time I was living in Korea many years ago. I had a yobo, was living with her, and on this one particular evening, she wanted to go out dancing and i was sick as a dog. Flu symptoms. Wasn't pretty. So she just said she'd be right back, and I curled up on our yo. I must have fell asleep, because seconds later, she was there in the room with some lady that works at the apothocary. She said she had something for me to make me feel better. So the lady gave me this shot. Within about a half an hour, I was good to go. Not high, not energetic like speed, just feeling great and ready to hit the town. the next day I was good to go too, so the "cure" wasn't a mask... it was permenant.
I bring this up, because to this day, I do not know what was in that syringe. I wish i did, because that was some kick asss stuff!
Maybe some one that has lived in Korea before might know what it was?
lmao . . . . penicillin mabey? so something more exotic like early gene therapy which has now made you invincible ha
going to show my stupid for a min ~whats a yobo? lol
korean sugar momma haha
if your not pernicious anemic B12 will most likely do BS for you IMO, i took 1mg a day for a few months, noticed slight appetite increase, but nothing too much...

appetite increase for me too - that was it -
There are two (2) types of B12 to choose from when looking at the injections. Cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. Stick with methylcobalamin if at all possible. It's usually a little pricer, but well worth it IMO. Here's an article from Dr. D'Adamo that gives a good explanation and comparison of the two types. http://www.dadamo.com/B2blogs/blogs/...alamin?blog=27
