Ya- You can have mine. Stay away from anti-depressants ! Diet and exercise all the way. In addition to D and E; you must make a list of whats impeding your happiness and start solving the actual issues.

Im 26 and have had top notch mental health workers at my disposal since i was 10. Talk therapy is all I would recommend.

I would have to agree with xelnaga to an extent. I think that anti-d's definately have their use in some situations, but I would really consider therapy first and anti-d's as a last resort. PM me if u want. I have quite a bit of experience in this area. Good Luck

I agree with a lot of what xelnaga is saying also. I was a hardcore drinker for a long time because I didn't want to deal with life and my personal issues. It was just an escape for me. There are other people with conditions there is no cure for. I know someone with paranoid schizophrenia and someone with bipolar. They cannot be helped through talking they require powerful medications (drugs) to function rationally.

What worked for me very briefly - pray before bed and list everything im thankful for (do this every day), sing to music in the shower, work out, call friends even when you don't want to if you are like me and have that voice that wants you to be alone in your head, set goals and how to get to them and work on them, be happy now and have a plan to get even more happiness, be your biggest fan because a lot of times it is you vs the world so you have to be in your corner. Also you should aspire to get better every day.. physically.. spiritually.. mentally.. educationally.. morally.. every virtue you can work on. Become the superhero you read about as a kid. Good luck.
