    your favorite fiber supplement?

    any of you guys know of a high quality fiber supplement (powder) ?

    im taking metamucil and im thinking its not doing its job

    Or benefiber...Tasteless. You can use it in anything. Sprinkle on food and it won't change the taste. Dissolves in any liquid.
