So I just needed to some assistance in losing some weight.
I"m 37 219, 5'10, I do need to get my BMI measured.
But I work out regularly and I just need to get down to a weight so I can see my definition and be happy with my size.
I think I need to drop about 30lbs.
Any suggestions on diet methods. The doc said I need to control my sugar as well it tested a little high last time.
I was thinking of trying var along with a good work-out and eating regiment any comments on what to try.
