What's the minimum you try to drink everyday vs. what you actually do drink?
I drink around 2L of water a day pretty well every day but I also get a lot of water through morning and post workout shakes....so it more like 3-4 L perhaps. Oh a bad day I might only drink 1-1.5L a day....mabey once a week when Im real lazy!
If Im cutting I prob drink somthing like 4L a day.
i have a 4L bottle and a 1.5L bottle sometimes theres like 1L left in the 4L bottle. then theres the shakes i drink and what not. i enjoy peeing
I do 4 litres a day but the pissing gets on my Nerves especially now it's winter and the cold water goes right through me. The other day at work there's was no toilets I
Drank 1.5 litres and pissed it back in to the bottle within half hour
I try and get a gallon but I think I keep coming up a little short. I too like to pee. lol
I drink over a gallon a day.So on a bad day I would say 3/4 gal.
2l on a non training day and prob 4l on training days. double that during summer
Honestly.. I just listen to my body.... If i feel like water I drink, if i don't... i don't... regardless of training days or not.. On another note... If I'm taking a supplment in which its effects are increased by consuming more H2O then of course I will take 100ml sips throughout the day etc etc etc.

I drink right around 200oz. a day.
I usually drink no less than 1-1/2 gallons minimum a day. Typically a little more than 2 gallons a day though. Im like a fish, love my water!
I try to drink less water and double my beer intake![]()

I have a 1 L bottle I usually chug with all my pills in the A M
Try to drink a second litre by 10 am
Try to drink a third by 1 pm
and then finish out the day with a fourth...
It is not hard if you just take small sips every couple of minutes... or big sips every few minutes..vs ..chugging 4 liters once a day or 1 liter 4 x a day ..
for me i've been at it so long i donno, my body seems to not pee as much anymore, dont get me wrong i still have an unnatural amount of urination going on but not as bad as it used to be.
Is it actually bad to re use those plastic gallon jubs cuz they leech crap into your water?
I aim for 1.5 gallons. I usually drink just over 2 gallons. I took a drug test yesterday and refused it due to "dilution" lol. And for the record I reuse my WASHED plastic jugs.

...first, I drink alot of water. at least several half litre bottles a day.
but for me it's a balancing act....
drink too much and you have to get up in the middle of the night to go pee
drink not enough and you start getting coloration in my pee

Honest answer: It all depends on what workout day it is. The higher the intensity the higher the intake. High days 1.5 gal. honestly though some days are as little as prob 16 oz (bad I know but no sense fibbing)
WANT to be at a min of 1 gal a day. Need to incorporate that into my goalset.
I drink about 5-8 liters per day and I also re use plastic bottles but replace them every few weeks.
on a bad day 3/4 gallon... but bad days of drinking water aren't very frequent. I usually consume 3/4 - 1 gallon at the gym alone... I'm guessing regularly each day I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water. (it's easy when you carry a 1 gallon jug around with you)
Anywhere from 6-10 litres. so 1.5 - 2.5 gallons.
Not as much as I should.I'm aiming to drink more though.
I watched two documentaries on it last summer...
there is plenty of studies and facts behind it but it just is not worthy of mainstream news bc it would take a LOT of money away from powerful people...
Personally I made the switch to glass around August...
I have about 2-3 rotating 1 L glass bottles (can be bought at any grocery store really for about 2-3 dollars)
I never use plastic anymore, I try to avoid it even when I buy food and I do not store food in plastic either.
Probably 1-1.5 gallons a day. Don't really have a minimum just always have it on hand with me. It's a huge pain in the a$$ to get up and pee 3-4 times during the night but I guess I'm used to it.
I drink 2-3L of non sweetened green tea and then another L or so or regular water
6 to 8 litters a day ... ill sit down and scull 2 liters with most of my meals ..

used to drink so much milk but then my weight just went crazy.... i really miss my milk.. i was brought up on a farm with dairy cows and used to have a 20litter bucket of milk strait for the cow in the fridge at all times... OMFG SOOOOOOO GOOOD... the cream sitting on top and the taste in just amzing... dame i think I'm getting a milk woody![]()
When I was in my teens and 20s I would HONESTLY got a year without drinking one glass of water. I didnt drink much coffee or pop either. I'm not sure where I got my intake except from milk. No, I didnt pee much and I didnt sweat even in 100 deg weather. LOL
Thing is I could go all day in 100 deg heat without sweating or needing to drink. I never flet dehydrated. Now I drink a lot more but not enough. Maybe 1/2 gallon a day and I have to get up in the night to pee now and I sweat much more easily.lol
I know I do not take enough water in. I drink close to half a gallon a day and still need more water.
