Background: recently started taking vitamin B complex, vitamin D supplement, and L-glycine. Issue: my poo today was a very light colour like beige with slight tan. Is there a correlation between this? Is it bad for poo to be a very light colour?

My poop is green when I drink wine.
Poo as you have referred to it as comes in many colors, shapes, sizes, consistencies, and even smells. Now most people's "poo" will be roughly the same in all categories 80%-85% of the time. The other 15%-20% depends on many factors. Also one can change their own person "norm" over time as well. Where we have to start worrying about differences is when we have the same differences over a sustained timeframe. So what I would recommend is to monitor this situation over the next few days and if your "poo" goes back to "normal" then all is well. If not then worry about what is causing it.
Now is your sh!t is just causing curiosity then yes that is somewhat normal in terms of the supplements you are taking changing the color.
I aint answerin no damn poo question!

Thank you for the advice all. Just struck me as odd because the last time my poo was near this color was after 4 days of the stomach flu when my poo finally became solid.
you should watch Dr. Oz he loves answering "crap" questions.
