The older I get the harder it is for me to deal with stupid people. I live in Vegas...so the thing to do on New Years is going down to the strip. There's something about standing shoulder to shoulder with 100,000+ drunk ass people that just isn't appealing to me anymore. The last few years I've just went to a local pub with my woman and this year will probably be the same.

my dad was born one minute past xmas day, ive always gotten him xmas gifts and cards but have never gotten him a bday card in my life, weird the way a major holiday negates a bday!

I'd agree with ya that it's normally a shitty time of the year for some reason they are always crap. I think a house party with some proper friends good music and talking shite is the way to do new years this year imo. And Gixxer, do you like have some kinda bodygaurds for your wife Cos I'd only end up killing someone for staring at her haha

she is good about it. THe only time it gets annoying if a guy doesnt get the hint. she will be like this is my husband and they will still try to stay and talk. THats the only time i get pissed.

Last sat was smooth for the most part. Had one dude slap a girl and then got beat up by her BF haha..... other than that it was easy till 3am when we closed. Had some guy come back in the bar acting like a right cvnt..... he left his credit card with the bartender. So all the bouncers are telling him he can't be in the bar when it's closed..... its the law. He says he doesn't care and wants his CC..... so we tell him to wait outside and we'll get it. He still wouldnt leave..... and we couldn't use force because the owner of the bar was there and gave us a talk about how forceful we've been lately. So finally I was like "Dude..... wtf is your name - i'll get your card now." So he gives me his name and as i'm walking away I hear "yeah thats right..... get my fvcking card NOW!" It took verything to not wanna slap that mfkr upside the head..... he's lucky the owner was there because one of the other bouncers all but lost it on him when that douche was mocking him.

New years ought to be a blast.....
