Depression will often lead to symptoms of lethargy and sleepiness. Get some help with your depression, and you may want to stop using stims as well bro.

Maybe you have low T. Go to your doc and get checked out.

^^^^I think that was the response he was hoping to get. He seemed to be fishing for it so I didn't want to give him the bite.
It could be Low T, but it could be a lot of other issues. You're a big dude with high BF and you just came off a low carb diet. Ever think that all of this could be because of High Cholesterol or a combination of many other things. Do yourself a favor and go see your doctor. Have him/her do a full workup and request needed test to determine if you have low T. That should give you your answer.
On a side note: We all have a day/week/month where things suck and the last thing we feel like doing is go to the gym (I'm talking about a training center, not refering to go see you as an "infinite being budda" or somthing). You gotta just suck it up and get to it anyway.
I have a feeling that once you get your BF% down, not only will you feel better, you'll look better and might even get some pvssy or whatever your preference is, then that should go a long way to helping with your depression.

The last thing he needs to be doing is screwing with hormones when he is depressed to the point he is. When you cant even get out of bed there is no sense in running test as it could magnify the problem even more.

Good luck and I have also read several reports from people who got off the antidepressants after getting on T and their hormone levels worked out.
The no/little sex drive can either be from the antidepressants or your T may be converting to estrogen. Dont wait the 2 months to get your blood work done. Find a place to get it checked, it's not that much and will probably be worth knowing what is going on.

Careful about stopping any or all of it. It's best to stay monitored in some way had have someone close and trusted to keep you clued in on how you are reacting who you will listen to. Write yourself a note telling yourself to trust their judgment over your own because you cant always trust yourself and if your buddy tells you that you need to re start your meds because you are tripping out, being paranoid, depressed, acting strange listen to them.
Yes from what I have read/heard it's also best to drop them SLOWLY, dont go cold turkey due to bad rebound. Be safe. Stay away from alcohol or other depressants. I'm sure you know but dont forget.

No one? Family? co worker? Most anyone is better than no one because it's really hard to keep yourself in check most of the time. Never trust a GF/Wife because they will just use it against you most of the time to win arguments. LOL
Also as suggested check out some of the help forums where people come off so you can see what worked for other people. I believe there are also some natural alternative such as St. Johns Wart among others.

sounds like seasonal affective disorder
what should you do?
Take atleast 10 000 iu vitamin D3 a day...make sure it D3 not D2 and yes 10 000iu which is about 10 pills...this is the equivalent to going in the sun for 30-40 mins.
Take 6-10g of fish oil a day high in epa and dha.
Go for a tan every couple weeks (again vitamin d)

Are you sure you are getting enough restfull sleep. I went throgh the being tired all the time too and eventually had a sleep study done. Finds out I was waking up 25 times a night and not knowing it, but my brain knew it so I was tired. I got on Ambien XL and now I have all kinds of energy. Just something to look into.

Vita d can be toxic, get your level checked first, probably a comb of low d and test if your not getting enough sunlight

You would have to take a ridiculous amount of vitamin D for it to become toxic...and even then it is rare!
I take 5000 iu vitamin D a day and 8 g of high potency fish oil....I use to have depression problems during the winter months when my diet was poor but now that I eat well and supplement vitamin D and fish Oil I feel amazing! diet has alot to do with it as well!
