    ^^^LMAO!!! I'm big southpark fan.

I paid the 300 for p90x like 2 years ago. Right now the box is sitting in my closet unopened. So far it's been a waste of money.

That's typical. LOL Just like most home gyms become laundry racks. I have had a couple. LOL

I have a friend at work who has the PX90 system also and has used it maybe a dozen time in the last 2 years. He is always saying he is going to start this or that, eat this way or that but wont do any of the basic common sense stuff I talk to him about. I typically wont even give him advice or waste much time when he asks me what I think about this or that exercise or diet.

Most any of those exercise videos work just fine if people will use it and stick to it. Most of us have the same problem, being lazy, sitting to much and being inactive. It's really quite simple. If we would act like we did (not literally) when we were between 5-12 years old and just keep moving we wont get fat. Look at most skinny/lean kids. They are always up moving, jumping on the couch, bed, running, playing (not video games) or when they do watch TV they are up on their feet mimicking what they see on TV, dancing or??? Fat kids are sitting and eating, playing video games, not going outside or doing much of anything. It's not doing it once in a while but consistency.

After my back surgery in 2007 I started walking a LOT more than usual. I also started waling stairs a lot if needed or not and getting up from my desk ever hour to walk around. Just the constant moving I dropped fat quick. I dont think I could keep up with the PX90 stuff but I bet it's good for cardio and getting tone.

Yea i could never do any home exercise vids. I live with two boundary challenged roommates whose girlfriends might as well be paying rent too. way to many home distractions for me. Much more focused at the gym plus free weights.
