Goals in 2012
I never do new years resolutions or anything like that but I am very goal oriented no matter what time of year it is. I know many of you probably have some goals mapped out for the year or for the next 3-6 months.
Here are my fitness goals for the year and I am curious what other members have mapped out for this year.
Body fat currently about 20% down from about 33-35% 2 years ago. I've spent the last couple of months keeping a clean maintenance diet in order to boost metabolism after 2 years of heavy diet and cardio.
This year I'd like to further bring down body fat to 13-14 % range (I know for some of you 13-14% is a pig but for me that is current goal) I'll post a log in the diet section when I am ready to start which should be early Feb after vacation. I have no time constraints on this goal as long as there is progress I will be happy. I've finally learned with age that slow and steady does win the race.
Just curious what some of you have planned for the year.

to be over 200 and lean. hopefully by next month i'll have that accomplished. Diet and training have been shitty last few weeks with work and the holidays.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

My goal is to put on a couple of pounds of muscle, lose a bit more fat and get my butt to look great!

and get this ****ing house renovated Grrrrr i hate renovation when ya have to do it your self because you afford to pay 300 bucks a hr fukin over priced tradies !!!..

#1 To complete the "insanity" 60 day program(just got it in the mail).
#2 To stop visiting strip bars.
#3 To stop peeing in the sink
#4 To get my chicka pregnant
#5 To bench 405 at least once(at about 340lbs now).
#6 To Deadlift 500 lbs at least once.
#7 To do some more traveling.
And a few other things..

Just started a personal training business so clear 50 000 this year.
As far a my body goes I would like to look better then I have ever before! Just look un real for summer! 7-8% bf at about 200lbs

I would like to get to at least 4% for my next show and win it. I would like to get to 230 in my next off season. I want to have a great profitable year at work.
