I never do new years resolutions or anything like that but I am very goal oriented no matter what time of year it is. I know many of you probably have some goals mapped out for the year or for the next 3-6 months.
Here are my fitness goals for the year and I am curious what other members have mapped out for this year.
Body fat currently about 20% down from about 33-35% 2 years ago. I've spent the last couple of months keeping a clean maintenance diet in order to boost metabolism after 2 years of heavy diet and cardio.
This year I'd like to further bring down body fat to 13-14 % range (I know for some of you 13-14% is a pig but for me that is current goal) I'll post a log in the diet section when I am ready to start which should be early Feb after vacation. I have no time constraints on this goal as long as there is progress I will be happy. I've finally learned with age that slow and steady does win the race.
Just curious what some of you have planned for the year.
