How much money have you guys spent if you have gotten your wife a new pair of tits? Always wanted to know, sorry if I offended anyone.

I alway thought "she married one boob why get her another one?" But I've had friends get them done and the cheapest of my friends was $4800 but I've seen a set up to 10K. There's a lot of factors through the nipple, armpit, belly button and how much scaring she's comfortable with.

If a women wants tits then 9 times out of 10 she has a self esteem problem. She feels that in some way her body is lacking. You (husband) buying her tits just reinforces that she in fact has a "defect."

My wife had hers done recently. We used a respected doctor that came highly recommended and has done thousands of procedures. Silicone, under the muscle. $7500. Don't bargain shop this - it is serious surgery.
Prepare to take a week or two (preferably two) off work as she will need a lot of care. She will have a much more unpleasant experience if she has to handle recovery on her own. She might be able to go back to work after 7 - 10 days, but you should be willing to drive her as steering can cause injury while she is still healing (assuming under the muscle). You also need to get a bunch of things to make it easier on her. The drugs will be expensive if you don't have insurance.
Let me know if you are doing this and I can give you a bunch of info.
While a won't completely agree with DSM without insulting my wife, I will say that the two of us did have a conversation about why she was doing it. Even she wanted to make sure she wasn't doing it for the wrong reasons as she knew that would effect how pleased she was with the outcome. No point in making a physical change if it is an emotional problem.Last edited by JohnnyVegas; 01-10-2012 at 08:36 PM.

Mate,
let me tell ya. I'm really NOT into anything fake. I'd much rather have my woman think about hitting the gym than thinking about fake tits.

I have probably 15K invested in my wife's tits. My wife was a small B cup when we got married. Which was fine with me even though I like bigger tits it was fine. Well she got pregnant and had our first kid....GAINED 70lbs. with him so you can imagine what her boobs looked like after swelling up to a D cup. So she had implants put in and everything was fine. Got pregnant again about 4 years later, so she went to her plastic surgeon and asked what would happen to her implants. He told her that she would still swell with the pregnancy and that they would sag really bad after she had the baby. So he recommended taking them out. So she did...right there in his office under local anestesia. TALK ABOUT PAIN TOLERANCE!!!. So she had our little girl and then after that she got another pair. And more than likely she will be getting another pair in a couple of years because you are supposed to redo them every ten years or so. Don't know if she will go silicone this next time or stick with saline. She is currently a C cup and looks pretty natural. But she is actually wanting a little bigger next time. And wants them to basically look like Gixxers wife's.
So my advice would be is to talk to plastic surgeon about them and see what he has to say about getting them before kids if you plan on having kids.

$8000, although she paid for most of it herself. Listen to the advice here, shop around - this isn't something you want to cheap out on and make sure you are both comfortable with the doctor. We went to one consultation where we just walked out halfway through because the doctor was creepy!
my .02, 18 is a little early to be worrying about boob upgrades- but to each their own!

Hahaha yeah she is only 18 and actually has 34D, but they don't look like gixxer's wife. She is only 5'3" 120, so you can only imagine what they look like now on her.

I know of a guy who shopped around and found the cheapest place that would do it - I think he paid like $3k. I don't think I need to say how they turned out but she has had to have them worked on 3 times since........

I have never had a problem with plastic surgery. I sort of grew into my big nose, but it was noticeable when I was a kid. Even at 43 I still want to get it worked on even though nobody has made fun of me in 25 years. Is that a self esteem issue? It is hard for me to believe that anyone here is against measuring yourself against an ideal image. Look how much we work to change our body shape.
I see my wife's boob job to be VERY similar to my AAS use. And someday I will get this stupid nose worked on.

dead on Johnny! Having your wife getting implants is really no different taking gear, you are still wanting to improve your image either way, just one costs more and the other takes more time and patience.

Im not married but felt like chiming in since we're talking about tits.
My take is tits are great. I dont think theres any need to rag on any size from nothing to fake. I have had little bee-sting tits and big cleavage laden tits on my gfs. I have a crush on a girl at work - she has little tits and I would love to play with them. She is constantly crossing her arms. Its really apparent she has a body image problem. I wish I was dating her as I would change that right away by making her feel like a queen and constantly talking about how great they are.
So yeah if someone wants to get fake ones, go for it, I wont rag on you. I will say this. Theres nothing worse than a butter faced bitch with fake tits who thinks shes hot shit. That and really saggy floppy tits are not good, unless you are a 50 year old biker then you probably dont care. Take a look, its in a book, a reading rainbow.

mine cost 5.5k. Good surgeron but still have to go back for a slight adjustment. I don't have a self esteem issue but after losing 35 pounds the sagging look was not doing it for me. I diet and exercise, but nothing was going to improve my sagging bs. I really only wanted a lift but the scars scared me away.
