    Amazing

Been out the gym for months because of new job. I am the type of person that once i stop working out shortly after my diet starts to suffer. I can say that after 3 months of not working out i had no diet left lol. Finally things are starting to calm down a bit and today i got to the gym for the first time in the longest break since i been working out (10+ years). I worked out with what i use to warm up with before my break but it felt amazing ! I still have the shakes as i type this. I am already back to watching my workout videos again and am off to the supermarket to get my clean food. Again, amazing how one day can change everything !

Good to year you are back. I just did the same thing, but for only three weeks. I did a workout Monday with half my usual exercises and still got really sore. Hitting it again tonight. Diet isn't totally back to normal, but getting better every day.

Do you have a hard time snapping right back to a tight diet?

Yeah I do but diet has never been a huge factor for me as i don't gain much fat. I can pretty much eat whatever i want even though i don't. I keep sugar/fats down and protein high.

I also started with my favorite movement, deadlifts. Oh man am i going to pay the price tomorrow.

When shit brings you down you can always call me. I know plenty of ways to take things off your mind.

Ill pass since i did back but i am doing legs tomorrow. Friday night an inner thigh message would do wonders. Haz will be at couples therapy so we shouldn't be bothered.

    Good for you

I'm sorta the same way. I'm either 100% in or 100% out. for me, it's the drink that finally brings me down. i have a real hard time with doing both at the same time
