    Unhappy Sick of Eating

    Anyone sick of eating food all the time. Sick of making meals, eating them and cleaning up the mess
    This week I just have not had hunger or desire to eat tons of food.
    I hate force feeding, I guess Ill do it if I have to, but my the scale has already climbed back to 197 and I was at 199.
    Maybe I'm going through a faze? Strength is still up but gf is dropping and so is the scale. Dont want to loose muscle
    but dont have the will to eat a lot.
    Time to switch diet up possibly? IDK.

    I know the feeling...I'm forcing myself to eat right now too. I guess I have to suck it up.

    Just close your eyes and relax all your muscles. You may feel a little pressure but thats just the stressed exiting your body.

    I have a very small kitchen in my apartmant. It's just alittle bigger than a bathroom, except unlike my bathroom, my kitchen has a huge refrigerator in it. It makes cooking and preparing meals very irritating. Whenever I start to see eating as a chore I start cooking different stuff.

    I am with you 100%, this is why i eat my fruits and veggies, and i don't bother eating 6 small meals a day, i eat 3 meals or when i am hungry and if you do some reseach the 6 meals per day has been exposed has a myth.

    When i started training i met this bodybuilder i was in plumbing school at 19 he was 34 years old and he showed me the rops, this was early 90, he never took any supplements, he ate like 3 times per day, when i was cutting he ate less, when he was bulking he ate a bit more, i remember is infamous peanut butter whole wheat sandwish.

    From some odd reason i got into that supplement vogue at some point spending huge amount on supplements and vitamins and yet not feeling any better and not looking any better.

    I have since cut all supplements, eat solid foods, good foods and feel great. And have a lot more money in my pocket.

    I got really tired of counting all that i ate, preparing meals and more to eat 6 times per day.

    It's hard to eat 3000-4000 cals in 3 meals though! That's the only reason I eat 5-7 meals

    I'll have a lounge burger, large French fries, wash it down with a vanilla milkshake and for desert a velvet cupcake
    That's over 3000 cals in one meal haha!!

    Eat when hungry. Its not as repetitive as eating by the clock.

    Unfortunately this has its downsides too as its 23.45pm and I'm starving.

    I eat 4 foods for the next 19 weeks. Fish, egg whites, oatmeal, and brown rice. I might mix in some sweet potato's along with some steak if I'm dropping too much weight, carbs are higher though so I don't see this happening. Maybe give this a go, you will be dying to eat.

    Why only fish and eggwhites and no chicken or other lean proteins? personal preference?

    Just curious, don't know much about show prep.

    Just trying something new. Keeping fats as low as possible allowing myself more carbs. I feel my body does better with higher carbs, and I feel better personally. I make sure I get my efa's in.

    When you eat on average 8 clean meals a day it does become a pain in the ass to constantly cook and eating becomes almost boring haha, i think we all go through this

    I feel ya on the cooking part but not the eating part. I've yet to set down in front of a grilled chicken and cup of oats and not wanted to devour it. Honestly my biggest hate is cleaning it up! I used lots of paper plates.

    Hell I cook for myself then make my wifes meals.That is hard sometimes when I make her something like pizza or fried chicken.Dishes suck but she helps.Yeah Razr you better pick it up your shrinking to nothing Look good Bro.

    When I am bulking it feels like a second job. And the big belly bloat and the trips to the bathroom get old as well. Still this is the life style I chose so I stick with it. Oh and the family hates the protien gas.
