How do I load vids onto my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4S and the latest iTunes but it no longer lets me drag and drop like iTunes used to - I have converted a video file to .mp4 so it'll work but still no luck. Anyone able to help?

You have to go into iTunes and add the folder the video is in

It should still be drag and drop. But you'll have to click 'manually manage music and video' like vbah said.

not sure if it's even still offered in the app store, but i suggest you look for VLC Player - they made a mobile app. you no longer need to convert videos to the mp4 format, as it handles anything - avi, mkv container, etc. - if it's not in the store, i'm sure you can find it by googling
