Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some info about the ISC /USPS New York,NY. A friend of mine sent me a couple of care pacages and when ever I track the pacages the message I get is " processed through ISC/USPS on monday at 2:30 pm." Does that mean that my letters have cleared customs and they are on the way or what? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
