    music music music...

    Anyone got any favourite music they like listening to when they train??

    Need some new ideas!

    I usually listen to Skrillex,Dj bl3nd,System of a down,so much dubstep and rap

    I like to train with ear phones in otherwise i end up having a conversation with someone at the gym ruins the session!

    Nice music choices OP

    I listen to mainly house/dubstep when I'm workin out. Nero, Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, Bassnectar, Rusko, SHM,

    Also throw in some older rock/metal on occasion. Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Pantera, Linkin Park

    I used to listen to hardcore metal when I worked out but found that I get a better workout with EDM. Metal is too up n down n aggressive to listen to for an hour. EDM kinda puts me in the zone and helps me block out everything around me n focus.
