How to convince a friend he's using aas wrong

Have a friend whose using aas, he's good to take them i.e he's 26, 230lbs, 11-12% bf, good diet, has been working out for years but that's not the problem. He's getting all his advise on how to use from his paps who was a power lifter during the "golden era". His dad hasn't used since and everything he knows is pretty outdated. My buddy has been pyramiding dosages when using, not taking an ai for estrogen control (or anything else for esto), not taking hcg and has no idea what pct is. His pct is taking stuff from GNC like pct therapy and deer antler velvet.

I've tried telling him that's all ****ed up and tried to turn him towards this website to learn something. However, since he get's results and its his paps telling him what to do he's stubborn as f--k and thinks he's right. Any ideas?

My idea is to let him do his own thing. If he feels he is right, who are you to tell him otherwise?
The only thing you can really do is to make one last effort to try and get him here to this board.

As for your buddy a pic of gyno should be all it takes to convince him. Make sure you mention the price tag of the surgery too.

He is ignorant enough that he mentioned how his nipples were are little sensitive and how his joints have been achy but refuses to believe its estrogen related. He's a good friend so I've tried but obviously he is going to take his dads advice over mine.

Agree with Marcus. If he can't stop for a minute to weigh out all the aspects of what he's doing, then let him be. Besides, bras are cheaper than proper PCT's.

Agreed and congrats on your wife being prego by the way, to bad you won't be able to control your wife's hormone levels ha. In the far future if your advising your kid on aas usage make sure you give the new and latest knowledge cause I'm sure what is accepted practice today will be a little wrong 25 years from now with new chemicals always coming out. But seriously congrats though
