    Hes a rule of thumb.. if its to heavy for you to lift it off the rack then its to heavy to try and frigging bench....
    The only time you should need someone to load u is doing dumbbell shoulder presses.

    Thats so stupid.. if you need some big bastard to lift it off the rack and place it on you then you ant gonna press shit are ya.... IDIOT !!!

    Nah, it looks bad but doubt it was any issue. I dropped 275 on my chest doing thumbless close grip bench. It just bounced, didn't even hurt. I grabbed it wide grip and racked it. Then I bitch slapped my spotter.

    Because they are ****ing retarded like a good 70 or 80% of the people in this world.... Only time assistance is useful is if you power lifting or lifting for 1RM but that type of training is a waste most of the time and for most people

    Guy today is doing deadlifts which is rare in itself. He is about 6'2'' @ 270lbs big fat boy. He does a few reps for 315 then walks from one end of the gym to the next and when he passes the mirror he turns and smiles. He then repeats this over and over again. I would be impressed if it weren't for the fact that i can do 315 @ 165lbs.

    Looks at lot more impressive at your build. One of the last times I did 315 guy walks out of locker rooms goes "holy shit the bar is bending".
