Hes a rule of thumb.. if its to heavy for you to lift it off the rack then its to heavy to try and frigging bench....
The only time you should need someone to load u is doing dumbbell shoulder presses.

Guy today is doing deadlifts which is rare in itself. He is about 6'2'' @ 270lbs big fat boy. He does a few reps for 315 then walks from one end of the gym to the next and when he passes the mirror he turns and smiles. He then repeats this over and over again. I would be impressed if it weren't for the fact that i can do 315 @ 165lbs.
