I´ve been stuffy head and slight fever for a week. A little gurgling sound in my chest when coughing, and got that taste of flu in my mouth.
Still been going to the gym on schedule.
I don´t cough or sneeze at the gym. If I would, I would not go of respect for the other gym goers.
If my fever increases from here I´ll stay home.
Sometimes when I´m sick, I feel like going to the gym makes me better, feel stronger, than lying in bed.
What is your cutoff?
