    I have a hard painful lump under my right nipple, what is it?

    I have this little lump under my right nipple.

    I take arimidex with my testosterone, could it be gyno?

    I notice it hurts a little less after I take my arimidex.

    It feels like a marble under my nipple, and it has gotten a little bigger.

    Sounds like gyno are you nipples sore?..how much adex are you taking? If your at .25 EOD I would go to .25 ED or .5 ED until it goes away, that should make it go away. If it does not start to go away within 5-6 days start novadex asap.

    I am taking .5 arimidex per week. Only my right nipple is sore and has a lump, my left nipple is perfectly fine.

    See I was stupid and took 1000mg of testosterone per week for over 2 years straight. I took 1mg arimidex every 4 or 5 days and never had any problems.

    Now I am on TRT and take only 200mg per week and .5 arimidex per week, and my nipple is sore.

    Why am I having problems now, even though I dont take a lot of testosterone like before?

    DSM, as a psychiatrist used to caring for gay patients, to see you state "this is a guy" is somewhat disturbing.... I would suggest you get out to the clubs more often otherwise the association you have made could cause irreparable sexual disfunction.
