Just wanted to reintroduce myself. I was on this forum five years ago on a different screename but could not remember the email address associated with it.

Five years ago, I cycled on and off and received the permanent results I was looking for. I decided to take a break to focus on other things.

Now I live in Northern, Virginia and am looking for some good gyms and gear. I am currently near the rock gym in Clarendon. Tons of good talent
