    Just killed my Arm/Ab workout, no work for 2 days!, and got me some sushi.. life is good
    may go out, but probably relax.. always exhausted on fri nights n the gf's working so it'll be nice and quiet
    Tomorrow on the other hand is gonna be outta control.. good thing I dropped my orals a few days ago, haven't had a drink in a long time

    Working my ass of tonight at the gym and not eating anything to write home about. KP's in Vegas and we've been texting the last few hours. Probably gonna meet up with him Sunday and have some drinks. I feel kinda bad about it, but what the hell...I haven't taken a cheat it quite a while.

    Well, since you asked about food and activities....Started the day w/3 of my daughters all of whom i took to breakfast at The Waffle House(4 eggs over easy, hash browns scattered and covered w/4 pieces of toast). Then went to the gym for quads and chest and met the old lady at Max and Erma's(garbage burger medium, w/baked potato and salad and lemon water). Then took the old lady to get a couple tattoo's followed up by a nice dinner @ Tumbleweed where i manhandled their 12oz. Sirloin, another baked potato, salad and mixed greens. Got home a little while ago. Had some awesome sex followed up w/ a piece of homemade cherry pie and 16oz of milk.
    Wife is passed out next to me and i'm here thinking about another piece of pie!

    hahaha...I actually have 4 but my other one was at school on the other side of town. It gets crazy sometimes but there is a reason there's a thing known as a "man cave". I have a few more years before i have to start watching their every move as the twins are 9, one is 6 and the last is 4.
