    Ill have to look for it but he had a great monologue about paying your dues in this sport. About how important it is to learn the sport from the ground up, rather than standing on the shoulders of vets.

    I read that, it was awesome. He's my favorite pro! He's not just an awesome bodybuilder but has a lot of good philosophies on life in general. Very smart dude, I would love to see him win.
