Help with cooking
Just wondered if any of you guys have girlfriends or wives that help you with your cooking, grocery shopping etc... Do they concern themselves with buying stuff you can eat and then help you cook your meals for the week?

Verbally yes, realistically NO. She means well and for the most part does better than me at least in variety. When I cook it's pretty simple, chicken and rice for multiple meals with little variety. lol

Luckily for me the wife is on the same diet and we both love to cook, so one of us is always in the kitchen. But it's not that hard to cook up nuts and berries...

I do most of the shopping and we share the cooking. Usually Sundays and Wednesdays we cook for following 3 days.

my wife eats healthy too. Sometimes she will make something that taste great but not really good for you. But we all need to cheat sometimes. And i want to enjoy my food too.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

My wife never gave a shit..... she'd eat a big salad 2 or 3 times a day and have a little bit of whatever I made to get her protein in. She lived on veggies..... I lived on dead animals.....

This is sortof a hijack, but people who eat salads allllll the time, i just dont see how they do it. I went anorexic for three months about 5 or 6 years ago. Ate only salad when i did eat. Now, i sometimes get cravings for salad, but most of the time, i cant even look at lettuce without feeling a lil queasy.

My wife does not eat what I do, but shes really good about helping. she will cook my meat sometimes, and help me pack my meals at night for the next day. Very supportive, she knows exactly what I eat daily.
