    FST-7 (Fascia Stretch Training 7)

My boy showed me this last night...I have been doing the slingshot by ronnie, but I think I might be able to incorporate this as well into it. The guy that developed it is Health and Cutlers Trainer who both changed their workout before the last Mr. O. I really like the slingshot meathod but this might be a great ending workout ontop of it.

    Basic Principle
"FST-7 is a training system devised by Hany Rambod after years of research and a great deal of trial and error with many clients. FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training, and the seven refers to the seven sets performed for the final exercise of a target bodypart. I have had many clients use this system for overall growth and especially to improve stubborn bodyparts that were seemingly resistant to just about anything else the person had tried.
FST-7 encompasses several factors both inside and outside the gym.

There is a lot more two it but wondering if anyone has tried it?

I've been incorporating the doggcrapp stretches recently as I feel they are more effective for fascial stretching. Hany himself said fst-7 does not stretch the fascia. I used to do an fst-7 set at the end of every workout and never noticed much. I might give it a try again.

It's not anything new, I did it like 2 or 3 years ago. There's much better training methods IMO, at least for me.

Do like Alex said and try doggcrapp stretching. It's probably the most painful shit I've ever deliberately put my body through. That reminds me I need to start back with it. Ugghhhhh.

i have, and still do a modified version.. it's easy to add the last set if you use nothing but working sets, which i find to work somewhat, but a drop set workout routine using the fst7 works great..

also works great if you are doing lighter weights more reps

try doing 5 working sets, drop 25% in weight and do the last 2 sets to failure.. = good times..
