    Advice

    Hey guys need some advice, been out of training bout 2 years now, put on thirty kilos, mates recommend hgh for a kick start, started training two weeks ago, any advice?

    Try fasted cardio first thing in the morning 4-5 times a week lower carbs higher protein. Cardio should be from 30-60 min.

    I do cardio twice a day for 5 days a week 30min each and once a day 2 days a week
    I look for a Heart Rate BPM of 123-129 and a moderate sweat.
