I have an addiction to subway tuna sandwitches. The bastards drown the tuna in mayo so I know its bad for me but I cant get them out of my head. I pride myself on eating healthy and having low body fat and this is getting out of hand. I sat in my car, in front of subway last week, in a battle between good and evil, and finally drove off just to go back the next day. To make things worse its jalepanio tuna 5 dollar sandwitch month. Anyways im heading to subway, please chime in if you can help me. thanks in advanced.

Tuna subs are terrible for you bro

I got one once and while I was eating it I looked up the nutrition info, threw the other half of it away

I usually do the Blackforest Ham for $5 n add a ton of turkey when I get home..

that chipotle southwest sauce is great too, but bad for u

Tuna is a huge money maker for subway. Reason being they control the ratio of tuna vs mayo. I HATE subway. It's a major rip off in every regard.

My last experience at subway put the nail in the coffin. I order the turkey club. The guy took 2 minutes to arrange the meat all folded and at a certain angle ( all designed to distract from the fact that you are getting basically nothing). After this display was over he looked at my sub and counted the slices. He then said " whoops" and removed one slice and rearranged the entire thing again.

Subway is a good reason to go to your neighborhood deli and buy local. I have an italian specialty store in the town over. They don't have a license to sell prepared food, so they put all the meat together for you, and you buy the bread separately. It's orgasmic.

I could understand an Italian Combo from ToGo's, or a meatball sub at your local deli, but... Subway?? Their stuff sucks.

OP - Why don't you just make your own??? Walmart has no fat mayo and when you mix everything up you can't tell the difference. Then get a hot girlfriend and have her serve it to you. Maybe buy her one of those visor hats and the plastic gloves they wear!

Best advice I can give you is go buy one, then set it out on the kitchen counter and just let it sit there for a few days. When you realize nothing molds then you will be off of them brother.
